The session will focus upon the duties owed by family lawyers to the Court and the relevant Professional Conduct Rules. It will address some ethical dilemmas, in fact scenarios, making reference to case law along the way.

Course Details
This is a video recording of the Grand Final of the 2017 Mock Trial Competition, recorded by the Law Society of Western Australia. The trial took place in Court 1 of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in Stirling Gardens on Thursday, 12 October, 2017.
The trial is a criminal matter involving a charge of stealing and the matter is entitled State of Western Australia v Diesel. The Prosecution team was from PLC Perth, and the Defence team was from Chisholm Catholic College. Adjournments have been omitted.
