Peter Doherty has over 25 years litigation experience. From 1987 to 2006 he was a litigation partner at Minter Ellison (and before that Northmore Hale Davy and Leake) during which time he appeared as counsel in a broad range of hearings and appeals.
In 2006 Peter moved to the bar where he has established a broad litigation and advisory practice with particular emphasis in the areas of trade practices, local government and building, contractual and property law disputes. Peter is a member of the Law Council of Australia’s Trade Practices Committee and an executive member (and former Chair) of the Council’s business Law Section.
