Paula is a Graduate of the University of Canterbury, New Zealand and the NSW College of Law. She is an Accredited Specialist Family Law (NSW), and recognised by her peers as a Preeminent Family and Divorce Lawyer (WA) in the 2016 and 2017 Doyle's Guide Rankings.

Brahma Dharmananda SC is a barrister who practices principally in the areas of corporate and commercial law (including oil and gas, insolvency, equity and construction).

Linda Widdup has many years of experience as a practitioner of commercial law and banking and finance law. She is currently a lecturer of law at the new Curtin Law School as well as a senior consultant with Jackson McDonald.

Stewart Forbes was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 4 February 1986. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Western Australia on 6 April 1999 and held a practice certificate continually since that date. He was admitted to the High Court during October 1999.

Mara Barone practices exclusively in the area of criminal defence.  

 

John Vaughan SC was admitted to Practice 1992 and elected to the West Australia Bar in 2007.  His areas of practice are bankruptcy; commercial Law; corporations; equity; insolvency and trade practices.

Senior Associate:

Adam graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2008. Whilst studying, Adam was employed as a Paralegal by an independent statutory body in Perth. Adam was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 3 September 2009 and is also on the roll of practitioners for the High Court of Australia.

The Honourable Justice Mark Leeming was appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2013, before which he had practised at the New South Wales Bar since 1995, being appointed senior counsel in 2006.  He has taught at the University of Sydney part-time since 1995, where he is Challis Lecturer in Equity.
