Kirsty McPhee is the Knowledge and Business Development Manager for Tottle Partners, responsible for library and knowledge services, as well as coordinating professional development and improving internal processes.
Kirsty has been a director on the national Australian Law Librarians’ Association Board and the President for 2013/2014 and been sat on the local division committee, including two years as president, for seven years. Kirsty has worked in libraries since 2006, starting in law libraries in 2007. Kirsty has completed a Master’s in Business Leadership (MBL) through the Curtin Graduate Business School. Kirsty has also studied law and holds an undergraduate degree in librarianship and corporate information records management.
Kirsty has spoken at a number of conferences and published in a variety of areas, including the chapter Attracting and Retaining Gen Y Librarians in ARK Group London’s Best Practice in Legal Knowledge Management book (2011), protecting and promoting yourself online and introducing CPD programs for lawyers.
