John Vaughan SC was admitted to practice 1992 and elected to the West Australia Bar in 2007. He qualified LLB (Hons), BCom (UWA). Prior to the Bar he worked for a national firm and a small boutique firm. His areas of practice are bankruptcy; commercial law; corporations; equity; insolvency and trade practices.
