Colin Lockhart s recognised nationally as a leading authority on the law of misleading or deceptive conduct, and is the author of the only Australian text focused solely on the subject, The Law of Misleading or Deceptive Conduct, now in its fourth edition. He has experience acting as counsel in significant disputes, including expert determinations and arbitrations, particularly in relation to energy and resources and infrastructure. Colin is also regularly called upon by commercial clients in relation to competition, access and regulatory matters. Colin has also lectured on misleading and deceptive conduct at the University of Western Australia (UWA) in addition to teaching contract law, intellectual property and competition law as well as International Commercial Arbitration and International Business Law at the UWA Graduate School of Management.
